Schools are our #1 customer base and we do everything we can to make it easy for you.  Here are some common answers to questions we've gotten over the years.

We Accept School Purchase Orders

We know that many schools and districts need to order via a purchase order.  That is no problem at all.  We accept purchase orders in 2 ways. 

1. Email it to orders@tfdsupplies.com
2. Fax it to 618-726-0060

Email is preferred because then we can reply back that we received it and provide you your order number for easy order tracking and shipment notifications.

We Accept Credit, Debit, and PCards

If for some reason a card is preferred, you can easily order online and enter your card information at checkout.

We Will Fill Out Your Vendor Paperwork

We fill out vendor paperwork every single day for districts all over the country. If you need any paperwork filled out prior to ordering please send it to orders@tfdsupplies.com or fax it to 618-726-0060 and we'll get it back to you right away. 

We Have a W9 Available For Instant Printing/Downloading Right Now

We have a W9 available right here.  It's a PDF file.  All you have to do is click the link and then print.

We Can Send You a Quote No Problem

If you need a quote, then please email us at orders@tfdsupplies.com and let us know what you need on your quote.  We will reply back right away and send you an official PDF quote.

Every Order Has Free Shipping

We do not charge a penny for shipping.  Every single order placed with us has free shipping.

Orders Are Delivered in 2-3 Days

The included free shipping on every order is priority shipping.  Once your order is received, expect delivery of your items in 2-3 business days.

Tax Exempt Form Not Needed

If your order is billed to a shipped to a school, as school purchase orders do, we do not assess tax.  We do not need a tax exempt form sent to us to not charge tax as long as it goes through your normal purchase process.

We Can Send You a Free Sample

Need a free sample?  No problem.  Simple email us at orders@tfdsupplies.com and let us know what you'd like a sample of and the address you'd like it sent to.  We'll get your free sample out right away.
