3. William J. Clinton, who later became the 42nd President of the United States, was born in Hope, Arkansas on February 22, 1946.

4. The Arkansas State Capitol building in Little Rock was dedicated on February 22, 1915. It houses the offices of the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, and Secretary of State, among others.
