4. On October 23, 1986, the Unity Bridge was dedicated in Coeur d'Alene. The bridge crosses over the Spokane River and connects Idaho to Washington state. It is named Unity Bridge to symbolize the unity between the two states.

5. In 2011, the "Idaho Grown" license plate was introduced in the state. The license plate features a graphic of the state, with "Idaho Grown" written across it. The plate is intended to promote Idaho agriculture and the importance of buying locally grown products.
